Paleo Breadless Chicken Sandwich Recipe

Today’s amazing breakfast was a saffron chicken sandwich. The bread was made out of a strong and sturdy veggie omelette. One slice on top and one on the bottem.It was topped with my favorite brown tomato slices, green onions, cucumber slices, choa seeds, and some almond butter.
I was actually quite surprised at how well the almond butter tasted with the green onions and the flavor was quite balanced. This took a total of 10 minutes to cook and prepare.
As far as the ingredients, saffron is a very old and well-known spice which is commonly imported from Iran or Spain. It has be said to assist with weightloss, stress, and headaches. This is definatley a wonderful spice to use in a variety of meals but should be used sparingly if you are on a budget.
